Board of Elections and Voter Registration

The Johnson County Board of Elections and Staff look forward to serving the voters of Johnson County. We are currently serving approximately 5700 voters with 4 election day polling locations, and 1 early voting sites. We are here to help with your voter registration, absentee by mail voting, and absentee in person voting. Our promise to you is to conduct all elections with integrity, transparency and trust. We want your voting experience to be a pleasant one.

RISK LIMITING AUDIT

The Johnson County Board of Elections will conduct a risk limiting audit of the ballots cast during the June 16, 2026, General Primary Runoff Election

beginning at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Johnson County Board of Elections Office located at 2484 W Elm St., Wrightsville, GA.

Observers are allowed, but access to or the viewing of any ballots cast is not permitted.

November 3, 2026 - General Election

August 17, 2026 - First day to accept absentee ballot applications for the November General Election
